BlueSpace Technology Successfully Deploys Next-Generation Imaging and Mapping Solutions Developed by Trakka Systems for the Romanian Coast Guard

As part of its ongoing collaboration with international partners, BlueSpace Technology announces the successful implementation in Romania of a project carried out with TRAKKA SYSTEMS AB for the Coast Guard.

International Collaboration: Romanian Expertise for Global Technologies
Our team delivered, installed, and operationalized the TrakkaCam® TC-300M-E and TrakkaMaps® TDR-100 systems, supplied by our respected partners from Sweden. With over two decades of experience in developing advanced technologies for aerial, ground, and maritime missions, Trakka Systems is globally recognized for its innovation in critical optoelectronic solutions, operating engineering, manufacturing, and service centers in Australia, Sweden, and the United States.

As part of this strategic project, the BlueSpace Technology team ensured the delivery, installation, full integration, and operationalization of the systems in Romania. Additionally, our company conducted dedicated training sessions for Coast Guard personnel, thereby ensuring that the operators are fully prepared to use these advanced technologies effectively.

Advanced Systems for Critical Maritime Missions
The delivered systems are now installed on three Shaldag Mk IV patrol vessels operated by the Romanian Border Police, offering state-of-the-art maritime surveillance capabilities. These vessels are equipped with advanced optoelectronic and mapping technologies, significantly enhancing real-time situational awareness both during the day and at night. This contributes to strengthening Romania’s maritime surveillance capabilities, effectively supporting the monitoring of territorial waters, border security, and search and rescue operations.
