BlueSpace Technology Announces a Strategic Partnership at Black Sea Defense – The Conference 2025

On May 14, 2025, the CEO of BlueSpace Technology, Eng. Constantin Pintilie, participated in The Black Sea Defense – The Conference – 4th Edition, one of the most relevant and dynamic forums dedicated to defense and security in the region.

On this occasion, the completion of a strategic partnership was announced for the first time:
“The joint venture between BlueSpace Technology and Uzina Automecanică has been finalized — a public-private partnership that aims to be an example of good practice. We want the first Romanian 4×4 armored vehicle, the VLAH, to roll out of the factory gates. Also in Moreni, we have started the construction and accreditation of an electromagnetic compatibility lab to test and certify military vehicles according to standard limits, and together with the Dâmbovița County Council and Uzina Moreni, we will modernize and accredit the vehicle testing range to bring it up to NATO standards,” stated Constantin Pintilie.

The CEO of BlueSpace Technology was a speaker in the panel:
“How to Improve and Speed Up the Acquisitions for a Modern, Dynamic and Credible Armed Forces?” – a panel dedicated to strategies for streamlining the defense acquisition process.

During his speech, the CEO emphasized the need for systemic reform and a vision focused on efficiency and sustainable partnerships:

“The defense sector needs a serious shake-up. We need joint ventures with mature private companies from both the country and abroad. We need to implement functional management methods and measures, with rules that ensure positive performance. However, the main need is probably the establishment of a Marketing Department to secure contracts and oversee their implementation,” emphasized the BlueSpace Technology CEO.

BlueSpace Technology has an active and consistent presence at Black Sea Defense – The Conference, an event organized by the Ministry of National Defense, TNT Productions, in partnership with the General Directorate for Armaments and supported by the Defense General Staff. Through its participation this year, the company reaffirms its commitment not only to the development of a modern defense industry, but also to advancing research, innovation, and the creation of real, sustainable capabilities — 100% made in Romania, for Romania.
