The “Aerospace and Defense Trade Mission to Romania” Delegation Visits BlueSpace Technology Headquarters

BlueSpace Technology welcomed the official delegation of the Aerospace and Defense Trade Mission to Romania on March 4, 2025. This strategic initiative aims to strengthen the bilateral partnership between the United States and Romania and was organized by 47G – the Utah Defense Contractors Association, with the support of the U.S. Embassy’s Commercial Office and Black Sea Strategies.

The delegation, led by Aaron Starks, CEO of 47G, was welcomed by BlueSpace Technology’s CEO, Eng. Constantin Pintilie, who guided the guests on a tour of the company’s production facilities. Together with Marian Sima, Commercial Director, the American delegation was introduced to BlueSpace Technology’s products, while Bogdan Georgescu, Technical Director, presented the VLAH, the first light tactical armored vehicle (ATBTU) designed and developed in Romania.

The delegation also visited the TEMPEST analysis laboratories, where, since 2018, BlueSpace Technology has been testing and verifying equipment in compliance with national, EU, and NATO standards, following SDIP-27 regulations to ensure integrity and conformity. Corneliu Calistru, Production Director, highlighted the company’s expertise in this strategic field.

Following the facility tour, Constantin Pintilie, CEO, and Marian Sima, Commercial Director, held a presentation about the company’s activities and explored potential collaboration opportunities with the American delegation.

“The American representatives were impressed by the innovations and technological capabilities developed in Romania, reaffirming our country’s potential. Collaborating with U.S. partners represents a strategic growth opportunity for us, and we remain deeply committed to this sector. Our NATO accreditation as the only private company in Eastern Europe producing TEMPEST equipment reflects not only our cutting-edge technological expertise but also Romania’s strategic importance in an increasingly complex international landscape. We firmly believe that, through this exchange of expertise and our openness to new technologies, we will significantly contribute to strengthening security and innovation both locally and internationally,” said Constantin Pintilie, CEO of BlueSpace Technology.

47G, headquartered in Utah, is recognized as the most dynamic business ecosystem in the defense, aerospace, and cybersecurity industries in the United States, with over 250 member companies, including leading technology manufacturers, service providers, government entities, and academic institutions.
