BlueSpace Technology, a member of the official Romanian economic delegation that accompanied the President of Romania, Nicușor Dan, during his state visit to the Republic of Poland
CEO Constantin Pintilie participated last week, at the invitation of the Board of the Polish-Romanian Bilateral Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in the reception organized on the occasion of Polish-Romanian Solidarity Day, held in collaboration with the Józef Piłsudski Museum in Sulejówek.
On this occasion, our CEO had the opportunity to present BlueSpace Technology’s vision to the President of Romania:“We were inspired by Poland’s determination to produce domestically, and we believe Romania must follow the same direction. The only viable solution for developing the defense industry is opening up to public-private partnerships and, where necessary, privatization. Our own example — the partnership with Automecanica Moreni for the production of VLAH — shows that this model works. Romania must multiply partnerships in which private capital plays a majority role, strengthen Romanian industrial vision and brands, and develop sustainable industrial capabilities. Products may become obsolete, but capabilities remain and evolve — and these represent the true strength of a national defense industry,” emphasized Constantin Pintilie.
The CEO of BlueSpace Technology also had a productive discussion with Łukasz Jurczyszyn, Director of EU Funds at Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ), Poland’s national defense industry holding and the Polish equivalent of Romarm.
We are honored to have been part of this important initiative promoting Romania’s economic interests.
